We will dive into over a dozen possible disclosure issues from environmental to situational and discuss what the real estate agent’s role is. Finally, we will review several case studies and discuss the real estate agent’s responsibility to use reasonable care and the outcomes if they do not.

Architecture (2 CEU credits)

Students will learn about the history of the styles of architecture.

This course will provide detailed information on the physical construction of real estate then we will explore the styles of architecture from post medieval to modern times.

We will learn where the influence of these forms came from, the areas they are located in the United States and why.

This interactive class will allow the student to view actual photos of different types of properties and be able to independently identify the styles from a photo at the end of the course.

Commercial Real Estate Basics (2 CEU Credits)
